When it comes to the royal dress code, there are some very specific dos and don’ts. These rules are there to help royals represent their country well.

In this video, I’m going to go through all of the notable dos and don’ts of the royal dress code.

Ironically, and this was actually completely unintentional, this research highlighted how often Meghan Markle broke nearly every royal dress code. From not wearing the hat while on an engagement with the Queen to buying constantly from French couture fashion houses and designating the “messy bun” as her signature look.

Out of the 17 general royal dress code rules that I found, Mehgan violated at least 14.
