RTX 4090 DLSS 2 vs DLSS 3 Frame Generation – 4K Performance and Latency

Average PC Latency is reported using NVIDA GeForce Experience Overlay and it can only be displayed on left or right side of the screen because of that I had to move it manually when I was editing the video.

60 FPS cap was enforced using NVIDIA Control Panel and it does work in most games supporting DLSS Frame Generation with exception to F1 22 which still max out at 60 FPS with a massive latency increase.

VSYNC + Frame Generation doesn’t work at the time of making the video in presented games.

VSYNC in A Plague Tale: Requiem doesn’t work correctly with RTX 4090, it will introduce a massive stuttering for no reason. There is a work around which will fix the stuttering, you have to enforce 60 FPS cap in NVIDIA Control Panel and then enable VSYNC .

Total System Power consumption comes directly from the PSU, u won’t be able to get this reading unless you have a PSU like Corsair HX1000i which can report power draw in iCUE, HWiNFO or any other similar software.
