VSCode setup on Google Cloud VM #2 With voice

Re-upload with voice. This is a quick tutorial about how to setup GC Cloud VM with Ubuntu serving fully functional VSCode to any device via browser. I will explain how to do complete setup by just using your iPad, though you can use pretty much any device which has access to internet and browser. 🙂
