Best Settings | ACTUAL 60FPS in Forza Horizon 4 | Steam Deck.

I’ve watched too many videos claiming 60fps in Forza Horizon 4 on the Steam Deck so I decided to provide you all with the settings I use to get as close to 60fps as it possible while retaining as close to the high Preset graphics.
