Workaround to LOWER IDLE WATTS on Intel Arc A380 | A750 | A770 [40W→15W]

So this is the only limited workaround to lower the watts in idle state on intel arc graphic cards A380, A750 and A770. I haven’t tested if this does impact performance of the games but I would assume not if you have “Ultimate Performance” set on your power plan.

Only works for SINGLE MONITOR setups. I had HDMI connected to Elgato on streaming PC and as you saw in the video, W didn’t lower because it had 2nd display on.

I am not sure if this works on Linux … probably not but someone else can confirm?

If you are having Asrock A750 and will follow the FW update do remove the driver with the help of this video:

Some bioses might need the following changed though I tested on my 3 systems and AUTO seems to work fine? Let me know if you experience this issue.

PCI Express Native Control: Enabled
PCIE ASPM Support: L1
PCH PCIE ASPM Support: L1
