Is USDT the biggest crypto scam in history?

USDT has never been audited and has had security breaches and lawsuits in the past. They don’t guarantee a physical dollar backs every USDT and as found in the NYAG investigation, Tether likely never had a dollar in a bank account for each USDT, at any point, ever and having all of tether’s money in their lawyer’s personal bank account. Tether USDT is possibly a scam and if Tether is a Ponzi scheme, it would be larger than Bernie Madoff’s.
