Connect to a MySQL database remotely. (Google compute engine / google cloud platform.)

Tutorial – Remote access to mysql on google compute engine.
I have installed mysql on google compute engine.

Steps :

1. open terminal: etc/mysql ….. bind-address = 0.0.0.0
2. restart mysql
3. create remote user
