30 Minute Total Body TRX Workout | Tri Sets | Strength and Cardio

Grab your suspension trainer and a mat for this 30 minute total body TRX strength and cardio workout. Exercises are grouped together in trip-sets during today’s workout. Each exercise is performed for 60 seconds. After each tri-set we will have 15 seconds to recover before moving on to a new tri-set. There is some jumping during today’s workout. To make it low impact, don’t add the jumps and/or take it slow during the shuffle portion. We start out with some core work and then transition to lower and upper body. Set your suspension trainer to mid-length and lets get to work!
