Surprising Privacy Dangers of IPv6!

We are being transformed by a growing use of IPv6, particularly from a push from Internet Service Providers (ISP’s). It this a good thing? We will discuss the reality of IPv6 and the dangers that it actually exposes us with an unplanned implementation that doesn’t benefit each of us.

The dangers are severe and without understanding the implications we blindly submit to an IPv6 conversion. Watch this video to understand what you should do for now.

If you’re an expert and you can install a Checkpoint firewall or some other enterprise firewall on your home system, then this video is not for you. But Grandma trusts that your ISP just sticks a Modem/Router in her house with IPV6 enabled and there’s no issue. But there is an issue.

And don’t tell me that you know how to do randomized IPV6 on your all your devices, and you don’t care about the fact that you’re already in the ISP’s IPV6 NAT. Then maybe you forgot you’re in the Internet Privacy channel. If that’s not in the skill level of the average user then why is the ISP enabling IPV6?

Can you make IPV6 function just like IPV4? With the right equipment yes. But it doesn’t solve some of the issues that relate to untested technologies that are prone to hacks (like extensible headers, and other deprecated standards still in use).

IPV6 has some serious privacy issues and by default home routers are not equipped to handle them. Even a partially implemented IPV6 with a NAT at the ISP level is dangerous too since the ISP can spy on each device.
