Delphi Murders’ Ricard Allen – Unfair Treatment? Addressing YOUR Comments

Richard Allen is being transferred to another facility due to his attorneys’ claiming unfair treatment and a general decline in physical and mental status. In my last video, I explained general Jail conditions and what one can expect. You raised a lot of concerns and I am going to address your comments. I hope this explains what is considered fair and what constitutes abuse. We will look at your thoughts in depth.
