China’s old friend, Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, is paying a fifth visit to China later this week. During his trip, President Lula will visit the BRICS lender, New Development Bank, and nominate the new bank president. As large developing countries, China and Brazil are important forces in the world’s multipolarization, and they share close common interests. President Lula’s visit is expected to deepen comprehensive strategic partnership, and contribute to world prosperity and stability.
