◾ Locate the nameservers of your new web host.

At Hostinger, you will find your nameservers in the hPanel. If you’re using another web hosting provider, you might find information related to nameservers in the details or information section, usually located in your web hosting dashboard. You should locate and copy both nameservers.

◾ Access the dashboard of your domain name provider.

Go to the dashboard of your domain name registrar and go to the list of domains. Locate the domain you want to use with your new web hosting.

◾ Replace the nameservers.

The final step is to replace the default nameservers with the new ones you copied. Usually, you can find the nameservers in the settings section or in the DNS management settings. Replace the nameservers and save the changes.

Now you know how to point a domain to a web host. Keep in mind that it can take up to 24 hours for the changes to take effect.
