#DelphiMurders suspect Richard Allen “deteriorating rapidly” while awaiting his double murder trial, according to his attorneys. They say he sleeps on a pad on a concrete floor in a tiny cell, can only shower once or twice a week, and he’s forced to wear the same clothes, including his underwear, for days.
