Downloading & Caching Images w/ SDWebImage (Swift, Programatic UIKit)

In this series we will be building a crypto app with MVVM, Programatic
UI UIKit & URLSession to showcase how to fetch JSON data from a
RESTful API (GET REQUEST) in Xcode Swift 5.

In this sixth part we will use SDWebImage to download and cache UIImage images into UIImageView.
