– This patch fixes problems with certain animations.
– Loading times have been improved on PC and Steam Deck.
– VRAM usage has been optimized.
– Performance is not noticeably changed on Steam Deck or PC with RTX 30/40 series.
– Shader compilation now does not cause as many problems when starting the game for the first time.
– After this update, according to Naughty Dog’s note, the crashes should have decreased. However, I have experienced even more than in version 1.0.1.0.
– Some texturing and reflections issues have been fixed. Prologue reflections are still unchecked.
– The settings in Low still have problems with textures.
– Some shadows still have banding problems.
– This patch improves general stability and some visual bugs, but it still has a way to go to solve all its problems.
