Indiana police announce arrest in 2017 murders of 2 Delphi teenage girls | full video

Officials in Indiana announced Monday that a man was arrested and charged in the 2017 murders of two girls, 13-year-old Abigail Williams and 14-year-old Liberty German, in Delphi. Richard Allen, 50, was arrested Friday and charged with two counts of murder, Indiana State Police Superintendent Doug Carter said Monday. Williams and German disappeared while walking near Delphi Historic Trail on Feb. 13, 2017. Their bodies were found a day later about a mile from where they were last seen.
