Free PostgreSQL Hosting Setup (including PostGIS, on Ubuntu)

In this tutorial we will be setting up the worlds most advanced open source relational database, PostgreSQL with the powerful geolocation extension PostGIS. And we will host it for free, thanks to the free tier on google cloud platform. 👍

PostgreSQL is my favorite database its packed with features and not limited in anyway. The open source version is THE version, not a limited community version.
