[Practical Experiment] Does TCP Optimizer REALLY improve in-game ping?

I’ve been always asking myself if ping could be improved, and I’ve been a long time user of TCP Optimizer with every Windows install thinking it improves my ping. I wanted to make sure if that was the case and share it with you.

I’ve tried this on League of Legends in Twisted Treeline (RIP, TT) and the results will show in the video. I also added how to use TCP Optimizer in the video and tried to make it as short as possible so you won’t get bored. Enjoy! .
