This tutorial covers some of the basic concepts behind printing in VB.NET. I assume you generally know VB.NET and are just looking for how to get started with the concepts of printing.

The Bill of Rights text file in this is just a text file with the United States Bill of Rights in it. You can use any long text, paste it into notepad, and save it as a .txt file.
