Delphi Technique is a group decision-making technique. It helps you make better decisions in areas where you don’t have enough expertise. You leverage the knowledge of others by asking questions in a correct way.
Delphi Method has a step-by-step structure. A classical implementation is too formal and takes too much time. The biggest problem is that communication happens in emails or questionaries. You can’t motivate a person via email too much.
Therefore, in practice, I use a modified Delphi Technique.
So, in this video, I explain what is delph method, how to use it in project management, and some tips from trenches that you want to implement.
