Is the RTX 4070 Ti faster than the RTX 3090 at 4k?

I compare the RTX 4070 Ti to the RTX 3090 in resolution scaling. The 4070 Ti only has a 192-bit memory bus which is half of the 3090. How well does it compare to the 3090 across resolutions? How well will the 4070 Ti age with its small 192-bit Memory Bus?

And what else did I discover about the 4070 Ti at its target resolution that I have not heard anyone else talk about?
