Script for A Jester’s tear was Marillion’s debut studio album, released on March 14 1983.

This clip is taken from ‘Clocks Already Ticking’, the world record breaking concert film from the Marillion Weekend Friday night performance in 2013 at the Wolverhampton Civic Hall. The film is on the fastest music DVD (film to release) .. filmed, edited and duplicated for sale in 10 hours 31 minutes.

The original album was produced by Nick Tauber and recorded at the Marquee Club’s studios in London.

The band line-up which recorded the album was – Fish (vocals), Steve Rothery (Guitar), Mark Kelly (keyboards), Pete Trewavas (bass) and Mick Pointer (drums)
