Install IBM db2 express database server C (v10.5) in Windows 7
IBM db2 express server C is a free version of db2, only less memory and CPU comparing to enterprise version.
1) Go to:
http://www.ibm.com/software/data/db2/express-c/download.html
2) Select
DB2 Express-C database Windows 64-bit
3) Recommend to register a free IBM id
4) download v10.5fp1_winx64_expc.exe, in (my case)
C:UsersjiansenDownloadDirector
5) Run v10.5fp1_winx64_expc.exe, it will unzip file to (I chose)
C:UsersjiansenDownloadDirectorEXPC
6) run setup.exex under EXPC directory
7) Following instruction step by step,
8) set db2admin admin password
9) Finish.
10) Go to Windows start menu, under All Programs, you can see
IBM DB2 DB2COPY1 program.
