Walking through Deer Creek Ft. Randy Gravitt-Delphi, Indiana

Delphi experienced a lot of rain on 03/03/2023 that resulted in several days of high water levels, similar to that of 02/13/2017 when Abigail Willaims and Liberty German went missing.
