Hogwarts Legacy DLSS 3 RTX 4070 TI Ryzen 7 5700X 1440p Max settings with ray tracing

This game has some serious issues, I played through the game on PS5 it was perfect so I figured, why not give this one a try on PC, well. I wish I never did this :D. same experience as resident evil 8 when it came out.
