Cartoon Network is getting serious with their upcoming cartoons. The action genre of animation has brought us classics like The Powerpuff Girls, Teen Titans, Samurai Jack, and MORE! A new role behind the scenes reveals that Cartoon Network will focus on continuing this trend!

Action cartoons have largely been tossed to the side due to their insanely high budget, at least on Cartoon Network. Comedies and slice-of-life shows are more common, but their new decision to rely on action is a great indication for their future lineup.
