You can easily upload your website files to your hosting package from your Web Hosting control panel. Start by logging in to your 123-reg control panel. Scroll down to Web Hosting and select your hosting package. By clicking the Manage button you will be sent in to your Web Hosting control panel.

Now use the File Manager to upload individual files or your entire website to your hosting. Keep in mind that if you wish to upload your entire website files, you will need to compress your files first. This video also provides simple instructions on how to compress your website files.
