Contracts Management with SharePoint Syntex & Microsoft Teams

Content Assembly can be used to build letters, invoices, contracts or any other document from existing data sources, or, by leveraging AI, you can turn your existing document into a template to be used for your business-specific needs.

In this session we will take a deep dive into Contract management and show you how you can use SharePoint Syntex to manage the Contract lifecycle in your organisation. Manage contracts with automatic tagging, approval workflows, automatic letter generation and lifecycle management. This will all be closely integrated and available to be consumed and actioned using Microsoft Teams. I will also discuss the Content Lifecycle and how SharePoint Syntex with it’s automation can help at every stage of the content lifecycle in your organisation. Initially classifying and extracting metadata to now generating documents in response to to the metadata extracted.

At the end of this session you have a good grasp of SharePoint Syntex and it’s capabilities for contract management and I will show you a great integrated use case. This scenario could then be rebuilt and adapted to meet many common business scenarios by using AI and machine learning to make work better!
