In this video I take you up close and personal with the ROG Strix RTX 4090 OC Graphics Card with an unboxing, comparison with the 3000 series and also a feature inside the Lian Li O11 Air Mini!

The 4090 OC from ASUS ROG Strix is an absolute animal. It’s sheer size and presence are intimidating, but for what it can achieve, it’s truly stunning, a technological masterpiece!

You know I’m not here to give the benchmarks, there’s a hundred other channels for that. I’m here to inspire and test hardware as part of Gaming PC builds. I couldn’t resist the urge to see just how small of a case it would fit inside of… Low and behold, the O11 Air mini! With around 4mm to spare, the Strix 4090 fits perfectly!

Airflow is excellent, providing plenty of cooling throughout the case. Temps during a gaming session following this video never peaked over 64c on the GPU and 45c on the CPU (Intel i7 12700k). Very impressive indeed!

Overall I’m stoked with how this build came together following the unboxing. Over the next week I’ll be putting the RTX 4090 from ROG through it’s paces to see what it can achieve for gaming and productivity!

I’d also like to say that the Lian-Li O11 Air Mini chassis was an absolute pleasure to build inside of once again! This has rapidly become one of my favourite smaller ATX form cases, with great reason! Highly recommended.
