**冬蔭功 材料 Tom Yum Goong Ingredients**
1.5 磅有頭蝦
1磅魷魚 (自選)
1磅蜆 (自選)
4盎司白蘑菇
2盎司南薑
4根香茅
5粒紅蔥頭
10塊泰國 檸檬葉
2個青檸
5棵芫茜 (自選)
3-5粒小米椒 (自選)
調味料:
魚露 + 椰奶 調味
冬陰功醬 (自選-買不到以上香料, 可以用冬陰功醬代替)

1.5 pounds head-on shrimp
1 pound squid (optional)
1 pound clams (optional)
4 ounces white mushrooms
2 ounces galangal
4 stalks lemongrass
5 shallots
10 Thai lemon leaves
2 limes
5 coriander (optional)
3-5 red peppers (optional)
seasoning:
fish sauce + coconut milk to taste
Tom Yum Kung Sauce (Optional)
