Parrot OS – A Debian Distro With A Privacy and Security Focus
Parrot OS is s a speciality distro particularly suited for professionals and experts who either work in the IT industry or who are studying for a career in IT security.
However, it can be used by anyone. At it’s heart it’s a Debian testing distro which is nicely put together.
It’s use case tends to be quite niche and certainly isn’t in my field of expertise so this review just takes a look at the distro from the perspective or an ordinary Linux desktop user.
