Cyberpunk 2077 – RTX 4090 Ultra Settings (4K + Raytracing)

game runs 55-60 fps with all settings maxed out on 4k ultra as well as psycho ray tracing *BUT I do have over 110 mods installed and activated on my game

when I tried without mods, the game runs over 70 fps at all times on Quality mode max settings raytracing

i tried dlss 3.0 setting but it didn’t change my frame rate at all so I don’t think it works yet since its a private beta

i also think my cpu is bottlenecking:
