How to install Eclipse Golang plugin – 01 in windows for beginner

1.Must install Git in your windows first
2.Installation Requirements:
Java VM version 8 or later.
Eclipse 4.6 Neon or later.
CDT 9.0 or later
3.Start Eclipse, go to Help – Install New Software
4.Click the Add… button, then enter the Update Site
URL: http://goclipse.github.io/releases/ in the Location field, click OK.
5.go to Help Check for updates
