Lenovo H50 – RAM & SSD Install – Super Complete Step-by-Step – Includes Clone

This is a VERY long video… However, do not be alarmed, it is very detailed and step-by-step!!!

This is designed allow you to follow along at home, even if you have never done this before.

This video will show you first how to physically install more RAM and a SSD (solid state drive) into your computer (in this case, a Lenovo H50 desktop).

Then this video will show you how to clone the existing hard drive that contains Windows and all your programs to the new SSD so the computer boots from it.

There are only about 3 cuts in the entire video, making it a nearly real time example of how to do this, not counting the time needed to physically plug the computer in and turn it on.

Note: Most SSDs come with drive cloning software, what I’m showing in this video is the “free way to do it if you don’t have cloning software”. The Kingston SSD did not come with cloning software, so I’m showing the “free” option that anyone can use with any drive.
