yea so this is way different than my usual haha
I have to admit… I thought about singing this song with Rachie the minute I heard it, because I love this song’s original version and I was like “hmm who is one of the most incredible singers of Japanese that I know?” and wow, it was Rachie! I couldn’t believe it when she agreed to cover it with me and I was so so happy I asked… Though. Y’all know, I’m mainly a rapper. I’m still not confident in my singing voice (especially in Japanese), it needs work but you only learn by doing. That’s how I became good at rap, after all. So if I want to be good at singing, I have to try. I didn’t want Rachie to have to carry the cover herself, so… I did my best! And got my favorite mixer of all time (K’s) to make sure it sounded solid. If I’m correct, the new Made in Abyss movie is supposed to be coming out in America soon. And a new volume releasing soon, too! So I hope it’s well timed, and that you enjoy this. Maybe it seems random, for me. But, as you guys know, I don’t really need a reason. I do what I want, sing what I want, even if it doesn’t fit a theme or my general imagine. so no regrets here, just hoping folks can enjoy! p.s. we don’t speak a ton of Japanese but we triED!!!
