AWS VPC Endpoint Service for Access Elasticache Redis From Multiple AWS Accounts

This is a scenario, that how to access the AWS Elasticache From Multiple AWS Accounts using VPC Endpoints.
Eg: AWS Account A Application Servers needs to Access the AWS Account B Elasticache Service trough VPC Endpoints.
