Spraycan:

global.MaxSpraysPerPlayer
global.DeleteAllSprays
global.ClearAllSprays (same as above but clears them on the client?)
global.sprayduration

AI:

ai.AddIgnorePlayer (playername or ID)
ai.RemoveIgnorePlayer (playername or ID)
ai.killanimals

Sedan:

Spawn sedanrail (must be looking at rails)
