Ingredients:
Oil – 3-4 Tbsp
Galangal – 1 Tbsp, Finely Chopped
Lemongrass – 1 stick, Finely Chopped
Onion – 1 Medium Sized, Finely Chopped
Garlic – 2 Cloves, Finely Chopped
Bird’s Eye Chili – 5-6 Pcs, Split
Thai Chili Paste – 3-4 Tbsp
Water – ½ Cup
Lime Juice – 2-3 Tbsp
Fish Sauce – 3-4 Tbsp
Salt – To Taste
Sugar – 1 Tsp
Tomato – 1 Large Sized, Finely Chopped
Prawns – 6-7 Pcs, Cleaned and Deveined
Squid – 2-3 Pcs, Small Sized, Cut Into Rings
Rice – 4-5 Handfuls, Serving 4-5 Portions
Red Chilies – 1 Pc, Thinly Sliced
Kaffir Lime Leaves – 4-5 Leaves, Thinly Chopped Stripes
Spring Onions – For Garnish, Finely Chopped
