If you just changed router, or modify wireless settings on the router, the wireless network profile that saved on Windows may be outdated and you may not be able to connect to the network. To fix this problem, you can try to remove or forget the current wireless network profile on Windows.

In this video, I will show how to remove or forget a wireless network profile in Windows 7.

There are 2 methods as following:
1. Forget wireless network profile from Network menu (0:24)
2. Remove wireless network profile from command prompt (1:11) .
