PHP Manager for IIS 10 on Windows Server 2016

Just make sure you have.NET 3.5 installed and modify the following registry:

PHP Manager for IIS was retired from Codeplex website but you can found it at github:

1. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/System/CurrentControlSet/Services/W3SVC/Parameters/MajorVersion
2.Edit “MajorVersion” and set the DECIMAL value to 8
3. Hit F5 while in Regedit
4. Now go install the PHP Manager
5. Change the “MajorVersion” back to “DECIMAL” value of 10
6. Hit F5 while in Regedit
7. Close Regedit
