An RTX 4090 dropped by the lab so I decided to see if the cables do get burned, try as I may I couldn’t get it to burn.

OK well I only tried folding@home actually but it’s still running 360W through the connector for 5 days and still going on even as I upload the content.

Suffice to say I can’t get it to burn, not with this kind of load and it’s still more load over time than gaming.
