45 Minute TRX Total Body Workout | Strength + Cardio | Challenging + Advanced Suspension Training

This challenging workout hits it all – upper body, lower body, and core. Do a 5 minute dynamic warm-up or low intensity cardio of your choice before beginning. You will need a TRX or some sort of suspension training strap to do this workout. Remember, your option is to always walk further away from the anchor point; that will decrease the angle and make it more attainable. Also, take FULL breaks during the Tabata cardio circuits as another option. We will strengthen and condition with tabata cardio circuits. This is challenging and advanced.
