Python Synth Menu For Net cat Shell Windows To Linux Client

I used Windows 10 And Linux 17.3
ran a dir command to test shell worked and then made a menu item for the client side on linux!

Will work 100% for both 32 and 64 bit windows 10 and linux 17.3 and probably many if not all others.
