Richard Allen Wants Cameras in Court | Delphi Murders

#RichardAllen is accused of killing #AbigailWilliams and #LibertyGerman in 2017. No suspect was ever named until October 2022, when police announced Allen was in custody.

The defendant now wants cameras in court during his double murder trial, claiming the trial will offer “transparency and education.”
