Arc Control Capture – 4K AV1 Issues (A770 The Crew Motorfest 4K "high" Benchmark)

This video serves several purposes, for example :

#1 documenting the still ongoing corruption of any recorded video,
when you use AV1 as encoder format inside Arc Control Menu for 4K 60fps:
* if you don’t set it to really high bitrates or even maximum,
results will look blurry / pixelated
* if you do set it to high enough bitrates, it will be buggy & corrupted
with ” audio cut offs” every now and then, & and loads of visual “stutter” looking way less fluid then original during recording, this happens especially everytime when original framerate is ‘below’ 60 fps

#2 showing the problems with Arc Control Capture Usability:
* there is still !! no global hotkey !! to start/stop recording as of Driver *.4824
* you have to alt-tab out and hit the start/stop button manually inside arc control app
* the arc control video capture function even records it’s own menue after start / before stopping meaning you will have to edit ALL of your videos unless you don’t mind.
