Paneer Bread Bites

Servings – 8

INGREDIENTS
Potatoes – 210 grams
Water – 500 milliliters
Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili – 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala – 1/2 teaspoon
Chaat masala – 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Dry fenugreek leaves – 1 teaspoon
Green chili – 2 teaspoons
Coriander – 1 tablespoon
Gram flour – 100 grams
Salt – 1/4 teaspoon
Turmeric – 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili – 1/4 teaspoon
Water – 200 milliliters
Vermicelli – 150 grams
White bread slices – 8
Paneer – 200 grams
Oil – for fry

PREPARATION
1. Take a pressure cooker, add 210 grams potatoes, 500 milliliters water and cover it with lid. Cook until you hear 2 whistles.
2. Open the lid and remove it from heat.
3. Transfer, this into a bowl and mash it with the help of food masher.
4. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala, 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon dry fenugreek leaves, 2 teaspoons green chili, 1 tablespoon coriander and mix it well. Keep aside.
5. In a bowl, add 100 grams gram flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1/4 teaspoon red chili and mix it well.
6. Add 200 milliliters water and whisk it well.
7. In a food processor, add 150 grams vermicelli and chop it well. Keep aside.
8. On a board, place white bread slice and cut the edges.
9. Now, cut it into pieces. (See video)
10. Add prepared stuffing on it and place paneer on it.
11. Again add some prepared stuffing and cover it with other piece.
12. Now, dip it into prepared batter and coat it with chopped vermicelli.
13. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.
14. Remove it from heat and drain it on an absorbent paper.
15. Serve.
