Ophelia FTP test

Ophelia came for her bike fit and her first ever FTP test the morning after BUCS standard triathlon, so she certainly wasn’t in ideal shape for this. It also transpired that she’d been clubbing the night before! She did a great job to push through and set down a marker for training to come.
