Huawei 4G Router B311 – Unbox and Quick Setup

In this video, we are going to unbox the Huawei 4G Router B311As-853, also know as Huawei 4G Router 2. The router has 1 gigabit Ehernet port which can be setup as WAN or LAN and 1 external antenna connector (SMA). With LTE Cat 4, Huawei B311 can achieve download speed up to 150Mbps and upload speed up to 50Mbps.

Huawei 4G Router Lite has two variant models: Huawei B311As-853 and Huawei B311s-220, which supports different bands.

Huawei B311As-853 (the one in the video) supports:

* 4G LTE: B1/B3/B5/B8/B26/B28/B34/B38/B39/B40/B41(B41: 2545~2655),
* 3G UMTS: B1/B5/B8 & TD-SCDMA: B34/B39

If you from Malaysia, the router works well with Unifi, Yes 4G on band 40 and Celcom on band 3. Maxis/Hotlink supports band 3 but they have the best speed in band 7, which is not supported by the router.
