AMD just announced their brand new RX 7800 XT ($500) and RX 7700 XT ($450) graphics cards. For the FIRST TIME in a long time there is actually a GPU to be excited about. Based off what AMD showed, the 7800 XT looks pretty promising, surprisingly, because constantly there were theories about how bad it would be. Although, can’t say the same for the 7700 XT. This one was compared up against Nvidia’s RTX 4060 TI 16gb and this isn’t a card that is exactly hard to beat in terms of value. The 7700 XT did not win in a way that seems all that exciting, but I guess we’ll see.
