C# DataJuggler Blazor Components Reached 75,000 Installs

NuGet package DataJuggler.Blazor.Components reached 75,000 installs, so I added a couple of new features. First I added a CheckedListBox, and the ComboBox now has a CheckedListMode property, which allows you to select multiple items.

Blazor Excelerate was also updated to version 2.0.5, which now allows you to code generate multiple classes at once.
